We’ve engineered the Endurance to bring ease of heating and efficiency to the growing number of homeowners turning to biomass fuel, such as corn, as a more cost-effective and environmentally responsible heating option. With Endurance, you can heat your home with shelled corn, wood pellets, or other biomass fuels, investing your heating dollars in renewable fuels that are locally grown. Installed as a forced air furnace, add on furnace or in-room stove, Endurance combines the environmental benefits of biomass fuel, with the convenience of self-cleaning, low-maintenance operation. The result is a high-performance heating unit that’s easy to use, cost-effective, and satisfying to own.

Cyclean™ Technology Minimizes Cleaning
Most furnaces that heat with corn require daily shut down and messy clinker removal. Not the Endurance. The patent-pending Cyclean™ technology is a self-cleaning fire pot that automatically discharges a light ash wafer while maintaining the flame, assuring a continuous, uninterrupted fire. You simply empty the ash pan as required, which averages once a week.

Thuroheat™ Delivers Maximum Heating Performance
Thuroheat™ Chamber features an exclusive multi-stage airflow design that delivers more usable heat to your home than furnaces boasting higher BTUs. Endurance draws cold air, warming it across the preheat manifold, then through a high-performance heat exchanger with 18 ft. of stainless steel heating tubes. The result is more thorough heat transfer, higher output at the plenum and minimal waste heat at the exhaust.

Smaller Foot Print, Bigger Output
Despite its high output, Endurance requires only 5 sq. ft.; easier to install, while making the most of your living area.

99% Combustion Efficiency
Positive auger feed and complete combustion means you’ll burn 99% of your fuel, with virtually no waste, for even greater savings.

Stainless Steel Burner Pot and Heat Exchanger
These critical components must be engineered to withstand continual exposure to high temperature and hot ash. Endurance features a rugged stainless steel burn pot and heat exchanger tubes for years of dependable performance - we invite comparison.


Larger Hopper
Holds 112 pounds (two bushels) for longer burn times with fewer loads. An optional Feed Hopper is available for optimum material handing and extended heating between loading.

Attractive Cabinet
Endurance is a handsome addition to your living area - the modern cabinet features radius corners and a powder coat finish. The large front door glass offers an enjoyable and practical view of the fire.

Fully Programmable Thermostat
Set your personal preferences in the easy to use control panel; a wide range of settings helps keep your home more comfortable. Choose manual or thermostat mode.

Optional Diffuser for Stove Use
Endurance gives you options - installed as a stand-alone forced air furnace, as an add furnace to your existing heating system, or as stove for use in your living quarters, with the optional diffuser. The cool-touch cabinet is also a big plus.
