The number of vertical muntins in Shoji A21 varies depending upon width of panel

Shoji panels either single or double faced are made from 1-5/16" basswood with white transluscent Synskin inserts. Panels over 24" wide must be double faced.

Stiles and top rail are 1-3/4" wide, bottom rail is 3".

Weather durable exterior panels are made from redwood with a white translucent PLEXIGLAS® insert.

Maximum height and width is 108" and 48" respectively except for design A1 (36" width). Specify number of vertical muntins. If order does not specify, standard number will be used, see below.

For style A21 the number of vertical muntins may be specified.

Panels under 18"W None
18"W thru 24"W (1) Vertical
Over 24"W thru 38"W (2) Verticals
Over 38"W thru 48"W (3) Verticals


Custom paints and stains are available as well as our standard finishes which include clear lacquer, medium walnut, oriental teak, maple, rosewood, semi-gloss white paint and semi-gloss black paint
